The Dawsons went to the seaside in ‘How We Used To Live’. We learned about vulgar fractions for Arithmetic. I had done the Beta book work so I did some other work on fractions. I watched Jackanory, Hunters Gold and Blue Peter after a bit of homework. At Guides we made pancakes over a primus stove and had a pancake race.
